AfterLight respects your privacy. This page explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how you can contact us with questions. We try to keep this brief and plain-language.

What we collect

When you interact with our website, we may collect the following:

• Newsletter signups: first name and email address, only if you choose to subscribe.
• Email correspondence: if you email us at hello@afterlight.com, sponsors@afterlight.com, press@afterlight.com, or community@afterlight.com, we'll have your email address and the message contents.
• Anonymous usage data: our hosting provider may collect basic, non-identifying information about how visitors use the site (e.g., page views, browser type). We don't use third-party advertising trackers or pixel networks.

How we use it

We use the information you provide to:

• Send you the updates you've asked for — schedule changes, ticket announcements, weather alerts on event nights.
• Reply to your messages and respond to inquiries.
• Coordinate with sponsors, press, volunteers, and community members who reach out to those channels.

What we don't do

We don't sell, rent, or share your personal information with anyone outside of AfterLight and our event partners (Catrinas en Mi Ciudad and Denver Arts & Venues), and we only share with partners when it's necessary to coordinate the event you're asking about.

Unsubscribing

Every newsletter email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also email hello@afterlight.com at any time to be removed from our list, and we'll do it within a few days.

Cookies

This website uses minimal browser storage to remember your language preference (English or Spanish) so you don't have to toggle on every page. We don't use tracking cookies or third-party analytics cookies.

Changes

If we update this policy, we'll change the "last updated" date above. Material changes will be communicated to active newsletter subscribers via email.
